Lost 1lb!! Really pleased!:D

I know for a lot of people they would most likely be dissapointed but when I followed the WW plan I had too high expectations of myself and if I didnt lose 2-3lb a week I would be gutted, binge etc etc and it was an awful cycle.

When I joined SW last week I made a promise to myself to take little baby steps and aim for 1lb a week - anything else is a bonus but Im not over pushing myself!

Plus 1lb a week is still nearly 4st a year (I think!). Heres to week 2!! x

Great positive attitude! Congrats on your loss. Those lbs certainly do add up.

Thanks guys!!

Ive put far too much pressure on myself in the past, lost weight then binged put it back on etc etc and im absolutley determined that this will not happen with SW! x
