First Week Weigh In

Hi, I have just returned from Boots where I have braved the scales again, and I am over the moon to discover that I have lost 10lb's this week, I can't believe it! It's such a fantastic boost to the old confidence, I know that's not gonna happen every week, but as a kick start its cheered me up no end!

thanks, I am on xenical, and basically I have been having things like Asda low fat sausages x 2 with an egg scrambled in the microwave, with microwaved mushrooms for breakfast, approx half a pint of semi skimmed milk per day, for lunch something like a lean ham and salad sandwich made with either brown bread or Hovis Best of Both and a splash of Hellmans extra lite mayo, then for dinner maybe a chicken breast or some turkey with a potato peeled and cut up, sprayed with fry light then wrapped in foil and baked in the oven so the potatoes come out "roasted" and lots of fresh veg, i.e spring greens, carrots, brocolli
