First week weigh in

Well I have lost 7lb's in my first week so gotta be chuffed with that!
Was hoping for one of those OMG I've lost how much weight losses but then dash and blast my period started 2 days ago so i think it has caused me to retain a few pounds
But all in all very pleased with the start and will be mega chuffed to lose 1.5 stone this month
so fingers crossed
