    The Cambridge Plan
    So I started the Cambridge on the 3rd Feb, I got weighed on Sunday and in 6 days I have lost 10.5lbs........I did a little happy dance round my cdc's kitchen lol oh and 5 1/2 inches off my body

    I know for a fact that this is the weight loss plan for me and that I will be slim by July!

    i start tomorrow. i have done cambridge before and got from 14st to 10st. meet my partner and have gone from 10 to 13!!! i have a holiday in may and need to loose. for now though i might do 2 shakes and a no carb meal!!!

    shall we help each other? x

    :) Hiya, well done all on your loss! I started last Wednesday and lost 9lb today
    2inch off from every where ,I'm happy so happy like you, so use to seeing the scales add lbs on rather than it disappear .

    Started. 16.5 stone
    1st week. 15.11stone roll on 27th of May 2014 1st holiday abroad with my family (skinny) :)

    Can I join please? I've just weighed in...started on Saturday and weighed in this morning and lost 7lb! Soooo happy :) Come on girls we will be slim this year!!!
