First week

    First week 2lb weight loss, would be quite happy to lose that every week, even a pound. Did have a bit of a blip last night though. We had a kfc and some biscuits, but there is half a packet of biscuits left, very unusual in this house:) I'm looking at them and thinking how discusting they are, trying to put myself off them but I don't want them really. Blip over back to norm today. Get the biscuits back in the cupboard and away we go.

    Restarting Cambridge SS after gaining all my weight back :-( I WILL do it this time!
