First weeks Wi

I been doing 810 all week and happy to say I lost 7lb... Very pleased with that.

My CDC found my old record and my first week on SS I lost 10lb and I had less to lose then..

Hey amethyst,
Thats great losses!! How are you finding 810? I did Ss for 4 days thenSS+ for 4weeks then 1000 for week and half as i was on hols (soo ate more than 1000) so have gone back to SS+ untill sunday to try and shift anything from hols. Then going back to step 3. How long is your weight loss journey x
