No weight lost this week, still 228lbs - must admit I haven't been so good, I've been eating more calories and not been able to exercise so much as the previous weeks so I've only got myself to blame!
 
Never mind, thats way better than a gain! At least you know why the loss has not been forthcoming so you can rectify this week if you can...

yeah, I'm sat here at my desk, bottle of water and my breakfast Mullerlight at hand!

must repeat my new mantra: "just because beef jerky is low in fat it does not mean I should eat three packets in a sitting"
 
Well done for maintaining! As Julie said, staying the same is much better than gaining. You know where you went wrong, so you'll know not to do the same again this week :) x
