Stayed the same. But that's good as I had loads of social events this last week at prezzo, harvester and cavery,and also switched from Cambridge diet. So now you see why I'm happy with WI. Oh yeah and TOTM:(
So next week I should loose, the best thing I've done is give up bread, I feel so much better for it!:)

Off the subject, I'm stuck in the oracle car park, been in a jam for over an hour! I just want to go home!:(

STS is always better then a gain, and with the amount of times you went out and TOTM thats really good.

Wish I could give up bread too though. Have to have it at least once a day often up too 3 times a day..

Giving up white bread and huge amounts of Lurpak has been my biggest achievement. It simply is not required and wholemeal is a good replacement.

Well at least I can say its not white bread but still, I wish I could find better alternatives. But me is happy at the mo so can't complain to much..

Thanks, yes I have wanted to give ip bread for along time, it's a trigger food for me, I love toast, I adore it! With butter, flora, marmite, peanut butter, and my favourite is French bread with cheese and cucumber, so you see, I don't want to eat it anymore not even wholemeal.
Bread is my chocolate!

Ha, I didn't realize how many times I ate out until I thought back, no wonder I got fat!

Yippeeee, I'm home now!

Good luck everyone, and if you can give up bread you will feel so much better, I honestly feel less sluggish and much less bloated.
