    I know you guys are probably sick of these posts but I just wanted to share my success...

    Just had my first weigh in and I lost 12lb!!!

    Am absolutely delighted & so happy to have made it through the first & hardest week (was very hard but not as bad as I thought it would be!)... NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW - I WILL BE SLIM!!!

    Anyway, thanks for the support so far, you are all fab!

    My CDC only measured my waist initially & that has stayed the same but I'm sure she measured it higher last week... anyway she said the waist is the last place to see the loss...

    12lbs. is fantastic and great motivation for the week ahead.

    I would measure from neck to ankles, upper arms, forearms and wrists....it all adds up!

    And provides further incentive on those weeks when the scales slow down the inches do seem to come off as the skin shrinks back into place!!!

    Congrats' on your first weigh in!!!

    I never ever ever get tired of hearing how people do in the first week and subsequent weeks. It helps motivate me and helps me remember how exciting the results of CD are!!

    WELL DONE. 12lbs is fantastic. just think next week and you could have lost a stone already!!!!!!
