    I'm chuffed to bits and considering I only started on Sunday, I can't wait for next week.

    Onwards and upwards . . . or downwards hopefully. :D

    Thanks all.
    I've not been to Karate at all this week as I thought it would be best to allow my body to get used to the diet first, but I am missing it like mad and hoping that the added exercise will help to aid my loss next week.:fingerscrossed:

    I really am. I'm still on a high today even though I have a bit of an odd stomach ache.

    Well done Gem. I had my first WI yesterday - I had lost 7.5lbs so was well chuffed. Keep up the good work. x
