First WI this morning

and I'm nervous!

I did SW last year, but I've still had to get my head around doing it this time. Filling in the food diaries has made me check my book every time.
I seem to be eating mostly superfree foods, instead of the 1/3rd that they have on the sheet. Is that ok?

Well done Mookey!! That's amazing!!

The recommendation is that AT LEAST 1/3 of your plate should be superfree, so having more than that is totally fine BUT, as Shell_y said, do make sure that you have plenty of free food, your hex's and your syns!
