My first weigh in is tomorrow and I've stuck exactly to the diet, so I'll be gutted if I haven't lost much!!

huge congrats on completing your first week Debs. I wish the movicol had gotten to work a couple of hours earlier for you so we could see a true loss.

yeyyyyyyy i lost 6lbs not bad considering i STILL HAVENT BEEN TO LOO IN 7 DAYS LOL but i soooooooooooooo have to go if it carries on like this i gona have to give this ss up as its to painfull and uncomfortable but on movicol now so im hoping somthings gona soon happen and im so bloated today :sigh:

anyone know how long movicol takes to work as i started it last night?

Well done on a fab weight loss what a great start!...

Movicol only softens poo it doesn't relieve constipation, the best thing to take is Dulolax, be careful though coz it takes about 8-12 hrs to work....xxx
