hi im on day 5 and just wondering what everyones first wk weightloss was? xx

Mine was 11 lb - but I had 9 stone to get rid of so it may be higher than other people's.

When I did slim and save last year my first loss was 14lbs but that was with 10 stone to lose. I'm in my first week this time so I will see what happens this time!
