I would say cooked hun cuz when its frozen it can retain water so once its cooked excess water could come out and therefore make it lighter so you could eat more.

I'm with Mandy here, it is a fair amount! Difficulty with going by cooked weight is you have to guess what that would be frozen, if that makes sense. So I just go with the uncooked weight, whether frozen or fresh. Not sure it would make a big difference though really.

Yep, it's raw weight and I doubt there's a lot of difference between frozen and raw weight.
