Hello,

This may be a silly question, but you know when you cook salmon etc are we allowed to eat the skin or should this be taken off in the same way as skin from chicken etc?

I've always eaten it. I love it crispy!
It doesn't say anything in the book and I don't that fat is in the skin with fish the same way it is with chicken (but don't quote me)

I've never removed it though.
 
Yep, that's your omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids right there, which apparently can help speed weight loss!
 
i've never ever eaten fish skin, it scares me! what does it taste like?!
 
Not a silly question at all! I asked my consultant exactly this question when I started SW, and you can eat fish skin no problem! Hurrah!
 
It is nice! I love eating salmon. I bake mine in the oven with extra light laughing cows (HEXA) spread on it, served with steamed veg.
It is just YUM :eating:
