Hi everybody,
I’ve re-joined today, Slimming World and this forum
I’ve had some success at the beginning of the year with exercising regularly and cutting out as much sugary food as possible. Since then I’ve given up on the exercise again
and a lot of the bad stuff has crept back into my diet. I thought keeping a diary might help sticking to the plan, but I found filling in the food diary on SW website a bit tedious, the search results can't be filtered and I spent ages scrolling through lists - it's probably much easier to just list what I eat here and look up any Syns.
I think it’s about time I got back on track and stop wasting my time or I will never make my goal: Be fit at Forty!
