Fitbit

Love love loving my fitbit!! It is so motivating! Im suprised by how much I am using mine and pushing myself on regular daily activities to get my steps/activites/cals burnt up.. And I love being able to eat more than I normally would on a "diet". I'm only eating extra if hungry and trying to fill up on good wholesome foods rather than rubbish, but it really seems to be working. I have set my target to lose bare minimum of 1lb per week, I then base that on my lower calories burnt days so I know how much to keep my cals at on my lowest days, but then by pushing myself to be more active, I am generally burning enough to burn 1.5-2lbs per week... Love it!:D:D:D
 
Ohhh i think i want one. Is it easy to use? Is it one of those things its easy to get bored of?

It's very easy to use. You ware the fitbit both day & night (wrist band comes with it) the docking station is plugged into the computer/laptop & the data is transmitted to the d/station by wireless. It's great fun.
