Fitness Diary.

Im doing WW (with not much success so far)
Talking xenical (with no changes so far)
and using my Lateral Thigh Trainer 4-5 times a week for 30 mins or so and burning 300 cals.

I think if i track my daily fitness it will encourage me to keep at it! this was inspired by christies fitness diary! so hope u dont mind but im following ur idea!

Week Commencing 13/04/09 (intend to do the following)

Monday - 31 mins LTT - 300 cals, 100 Crunches, 100 oblique crunches. DONE.

Tuesday - Nothing (walking around tescos!) DONE

Wednesday - 31 LTT - 300 cals, DONE no crunches

Thursday- 31 mins LTT- 300 cals DONE
My LTT broke last night - i was sooo gutted i cried! my hubbys promised to buy me a new one!! Dont know if he means it of just wanted to stop my babbling!

Friday-24 mins tennis training on wii - dont know how many calories that that! according to food focus its 203... but it wasnt real tennis so i think maybe 100.

I have orderd my wii fit, due to arrive on monday!! yey and if i do get a new stepper that will probs be monday too! so gona be relying on my wii tennis for some exercise


Sunday- Nothing

Monday - 20 mins stepper - 200 cals, 30 mins wii fit DONE

Tuesday - 30 mins stepper 300 cals, 30 mins wii fit DONE

Wednesday - 1 hour wii fit NOT DONE

Thursday - 30 mins stepper 300 cal , 30 mins wii fit

Friday - 30 mins stepper, 300 cals

Saturday - 30 mins stepper, 300 cals

Sunday - 1 hour wii fit

1400 cals (new stepper)
3.5 hours on wii fit (diff type exercise every day)
