Flabby Arms!!

Hi girls,
After loosing over 2 stone my arms are very flabby...
What would be the best exercises to help tone my upper arms (bingo wings)??
Would a kettlebell be a good choice or general weights... I have been doing mainly cardio so have no idea where to start, so all advise appreciated...
 
any type of weights would help you there, your choice whether you go for kettlebells or dumbells! both will do the trick :)

also... id reccomend a class to you, body pump. its a weights based class, and the results from this are brilliant.
