Flat Belly Diet

Ive been on the bodychef flat belly diet plan for 2 and half weeks now and im nearing the end of the 32 day plan and I just thought I would share my experience :)

I thought the food was great I had the joy of eating lots of new and exciting dishes that tasted great for example:

Stir Fried Rice with Asian Vegetables and Beef , Salmon with Mangetout and Avocado, Chocolate Mousse, Red Fruit Crumble, African Chicken Stew :D

Overall I have lost 11lbs in 3 weeks with little effort all the fresh food was delivered to me, im feeling much better about myself and cant wait to fit into my bikini.

Anyone who feels sub conscience about there muffin top I would recommend this plan 110% :D
