Flavoured Water

    I know there are some types of flavoured water you can buy that are ok on CD.
    Of course whan shopping yesterday I couldn't remember which ones were safe.
    I looked for ones that had 0% Carbohydrates & found Volvic lemon % lime flavour.
    Anyone know if thats what you look for & if this one is safe.
    Not going to touch it until I know.

    Always look to see if they contain Citric Acid, if the do then it's NO NO!

    Volvic lemon would I would think would definately contain Citric acid

    Your welcome, try and stick to plain water or maybe get some water flavouring from your CDC we do 2 Summer berry and Sunshine orange,

    They are both nice hot too.
