Has anyone read the article on flexible syns on the SW website? i have just read it and its very very usefull i would definately reccomenr reading it if your already havnt before anight out or after a stressfull day!!
Yes I've read it and it's great because it makes you realise that one rogue day doesn't have to ruin your progress completely! It's good to do it once in a while- to have a guilt-free blow out and get straight back on track! That's what life's all about! I reckon we should live life 80% like little angels and 20% like little devils and then it would be peachy!!!X
i remember a dietician telling me the 80/20 theory it works as you never feel deprived which is the biggest hurdle its all about training the mind and as long as you get straight back on track it should work
I have lost 8.5LB, and going out for OH's mums bday! and i just think if i deprive myself i will not be happy, so i might aswell use flexible syns, get straight back on track tommoro and i will be ok x
