DO SW still have flexisyns?

I got a call this morning from a friend whose father has had a massive stroke asking me to look after her daughter while she goes to her father's bedside.

I decided to have a flexisyn day as there was no way I'd manage 3 meals on plan while trying to keep the girl's mind off things.

BUT I hadn't checked whether it was still allowed!

Yes hun, you can still have a flexi syn day. In fact I'm having one today as I'm off out tonight for a big night out We won't be guaranteed a loss, but as long as we get straight back on plan tomorrow then hopefully we can have a sts.You could always add up the syns for your meals tpday though and deduct them from your weekly syns xxx

Just worked out I've had about 40 syns today. My syns for Today, tomorrow & Monday would be 45 so I'm going to try to stick to free food until WI on Monday night.

It's my first week back on and I've stuck to it to the letter so far so hopefully not 'tooooo' damaging!

She's just text me to say that he is responding well but is still in a critical condition. They are considering a more aggressive treatment which will mean transferring him to a specialist centre.

Good luck with your next WI too. x

I previously lost 3 stone on SW and have just had a couple of months out so raring to get back on and losing!

Duh! i wanaged to put father's friend instead of friend's father. It's good that he's responding well to treatment, and I hope he improves even moe with the specialist treatment

You should head on over to the Queen Size to Princess team - we've all got quite a lot of weight to lose, so we're in it for the long haul. They're a fab bunch of ladies, and so motivating! xxx
