    why the flippin' heck do I do it to myself?! I've been soo good haven't even felt like cheating and then hubby went off to work nightshirt tonight and I have just troughed my face .... For no reason! Gggrrrrr. I've stopped myself from going further but I'm really peed off at myself and will be asking hubby to put the kids treat box in the garage tomorrow and lock it so I can't have access. Until I sort myself out I just can't be trusted. :mad::cry:

    Damage: 5 x little biscuit things @ 4syns each = 20syns :eek:
    1 packet discos = 7 syns

    Thats on top of the 11.5syns I've had already today (not all on naughties, some on cheese, salad dressing etc)

    NO NEEED! :break_diet:

    I wonder if it's worth my while taking away the syns I've had so far this week from the weekly total of 105 and recalculating what's left for the rest of the week? Will that claw anything back? :sigh:

    Sorry to hear you went off plan tonight. Don't beat yourself up too much- what's done is done, all you can do now is look forward.

    I'm still new to SW and haven't really started yet so I don't know what you can do to limit the damage. I hope you sort something out!

    If you get the urge to snack again try brushing your teeth and painting your nails! It's horrible eating with minty breath and you wont want to ruin your nail varnish!

    Don't give yourself too hard a time over it - it will just lead to another binge.

    The teeth brushing / nail painting ideas are brilliant! I've never thought of that :)

    You have two options now. Either recalculate your syns and stay on plan the rest of the week, or write it off and move on.

    I'd only do the first option if you're confident you won't fall off the wagon for being too restrictive.

    Other than that keep your superfree at max portion and drink plenty of water - at least 2 or 3 litres a day. That should help with damage limitation and you might still have a loss :)

    It's not a massive fall and you can easily get yourself back on that wagon.

    Thanks guys!

    Ive just calculated that I've had 61/105 so far which leaves 44 for the next 4 days which is 11 per day, which is actually a lot more than I thought I'd have. Confident that after hubby banishes the contraband I'll be able to stick to it. This time failure is not an option.

    Yes, I only restarted on Monday. Lost just over a stone fannying around and decided to come back to where I lost most of it before :). My food diary is in my signature. I just need to sort my blooming head out!

    I always find writing everything down on here helps me :) I update my diary constantly!!! I also follow lots of diaries as well and have built up lots of little support systems on here. Might help you?

    I also plan ahead religiously and keep minimal treats in the house and usually once I start I cannot stop!!!!
