I've been laid up with flu like symptoms for the last couple of days...I've been taking max strength lemsip capsules...can these affect my loss?

Hey - I was under the impression that you could take tablets so long as they weren't sugar coated or had sugar in them. Other than that, Im not sure.... I hope you feel better soon though!

maybe, if they have citric acid in, but to be honest, I think you should look after yourself first and get well, then the diet can follow when you're in better fettle
