Hello all, just wanted to ask does the cups of tea, cans of coke all add into my fluid intake for the day????

Well tea does yes, but to be honest I never count it, I just count plain ol water

Most people recomment only counting the plain water in your fluid count.

I'd only count plain water and black tea/coffee. I was on a vlcd and most VLCD's just count them, but then again fizzy drinks aren't allowed on them!
