Hey guys, so I've decided to keep a food diary. Currently doing Slimming World at home and managing my 15syns quite well


Monday

Breakfast: 2x Morrisons wheat biscuits with strawberries and 170ml BOB (best of both) HEXA/B
Lunch: Smoked mackerel with lettuce, cucumber, yellow pepper, tomatoes and celery. Fruit salad (nectarine, cherries, black grapes, strawberries, raspberries and banana) with low fat greek yoghurt and honey 4syns
Tea: Pasta bolognese using wholegrain pasta FREE
Snacks: More Fruit salad 2 1/2 syns

Total syns: 6 1/2
