Right...well I've been on and off Slimming World more times then I can count but this time is a fresh start. I am currently the heaviest I've been and seriously need to get on it! I've decided to keep a food diary on here and then you guys can let me know what you think and where I could improve.
So here we go...
DAY 1 - 09.02.2012

• Apple
• Grapes
• Cherry Tomatoes
• 2 x Uncle Bens Sweet & Sour Rice Time
• Sugar Free Blackcurrant with Water
• 3 x Babybel Light (HE.A)
• Slimming World Chilli with Rice
• Vanilla Mullerlight
• Water
