Right...well I've been on and off Slimming World more times then I can count but this time is a fresh start. I am currently the heaviest I've been and seriously need to get on it! I've decided to keep a food diary on here and then you guys can let me know what you think and where I could improve.

So here we go...

DAY 1 - 09.02.2012

• Grapes
• Cherry Tomatoes

DAY 2 - 10.02.2012

DAY 3 - 11.02.2012
Salad - cooked turkey, cabbage, cucumber, mushrooms, pease pudding, pickled onions, sweet corn
Diet coke
Sugar free red bill
Black tea
Apple
Banana
3 x babybel light (HE.A)
2 x alpen light (HE.B)
Chicken Tikka (takeaway) - 10 syns
Pilau Rice (takeaway) - 5 syns
Onion Baji (takeaway) - 8.5 syns
