    Hi all,
    Here is the food diary for the 1st 2 days.
    Any suggestions? Lunctimes are a struggle as I dont like sandwiches
    Crumpets 2 Butter 2 Soup 4 Bread 3 Apple and Melon 3 Crisps 2.5 Beans 2 Bread 3 Rice Pudding 1.5 Total - 23.5

    Porridge 4 Potato 2.5 Spaghetti 2 Apple and Melon 1 Crisps 2 Butter 1 Fish 5 Wedges 5
