Food diary day 2

So today i have had:

Breakfast - 2 x ryvita (HEB), 60g smoked salmon, 40g extra light soft cheese (1/2 HEA) and an apple
Lunch - pasta with 1/2 pack king prawns with lettuce, carrot and cucumber with extra light mayo (2 servings 1 syn), sweet chilli dipping sauce (1 tbspn 1.5 syns), 1 weight watchers yoghurt
Dinner - 1/2 pack egg noodles, chicken breast, lots of mixed veg - carrots, brocolli and cauli, and 1/ jar uncle bens cantonse sauce (10 SYNS!!!), 1 muller light yoghurt
Snacks:- strawberries and grapes mix, 100g cottage cheese (1syn), apple, tea (1/2 HEA)
