Food diary gonna get skinny wedding countdown 7 weeks to go

I had a baby 11 weeks ago and have lost around 3 stone since I'm now tipping the scales at 16.8 ish and am re starting sliming world today to try and lose a stone before my wedding in six weeks I may end the diet with a master cleanse for the last week I'm also only having red days as carbs don't really agree with me

Lunch
Mixed grill, fried egg (1) salad, dressing (1)

Dinner
BBQ smothered chicken (2) sw chips..salad ketchup (1) extra light mayo (1)

Reformed Ham (1)

Breakfast
Mushroom, poached egg, 2 slices extra lean bacon ketchup. (1)

Lunch
Prawn salad, extra light mayo (1)

Dinner
Beef meatballs (ex lean mince) 70g wholewheat pasta (hexb x 2)
Chopped Toms, peppers, mushrooms
45g low low cheese (hexa)

2 dashes skimmed milk (2).

Yogurt (1/2) reformed ham (1)

2 x Ham salad sandwich nimble (hexb x 2) extra light mayo (1)
