food diary- help!

Ok I've lost 5 stone so far... I got to 5 stone 8 loss but put some on after recent engagement!

Managed a loss of 3 1/2lb this week so back at 5 stone 4 loss.

Really hoping to get into next stone bracket within next 4 weigh ins... I get weighed Monday's so here we go!

Brunch / lunch - salad, chicken, cottage cheese, cucumber, syn free sushi rolls and 2 pears

Mid afternoon snack - daim bar 7.5 syns

Planning to have jacket, fish and veg for tea! Will post updates regularly as need to do this now...!
 
Dinner i had potato salad and cottage cheese.

Breakfast today weetabix and o percent Greek yoghurt, raisins 2 syns and a pear.

Lunch i ll re attempt sushi syn free and salad i think...

Feeling really positive. Hoping to get a good loss this week. 4 1/2 days til weigh in!
 
Right starting again

Weigh in.. Gained even more.

Stern talking to myself so here we go. I'm commiting for seven solid sw days.
Breakfast.. Hifi bar as it was just before lunch post weight in.

Lunch was a smash pizza... Covered in courgette, mushroom, spinach and pineapple. Followed by pineapple for pudding.

So no syns (I no i should syn smash but never have n have lots to loose yet) yet.

Now... What's for tea...!
 
For dinner I had a chicken burger 5 syns with remainder heA on top. Wedges and veg

Syns I had a daim bar.. Delicious Ooo and the second he b hifI


This morning hi fi bar - no time!

Lunch white fish, jacket and salad And beetroot. Strawberries to follow.
 
start new job tomoro... sooo nervous :-(

decided to take easy food to eat... quavers 5/6 syns? muller light.... pineapple and my hifi bar. I've got diet coke. caramel options sachet..

fingers crossed my day goes well work wise and diet wise :-\
