Run out of soup now so might treat myself to butties for work tomorrow!!!
 
So I went off the rails big time from Halloween to Bonfire night so got properly back on it this Monday........
Which is lucky as after a full on bored of everything melt down just been a booked a trip to Tunisia over new year!
All of a sudden I'm super motivated again!

Today's food (pretty similar to earlier days this week!)

Free soup for breakfast

Dinner was supposed to be more free soup but I forgot it so ended up with wholemeal dry bread x 2 (full size so both B options)
With ham & boiled egg
Not the most exciting but a good SW lunch!

Tea was chunky steak on sprouts

Thursday 8th November

Best tea ever!

Monday 12th November

Really nice but was still hungry 20 mins later so

Greedy day - am putting it down to star week!
Although somehow managed to refuse the giant slice of pizza OH got from Costco tonight!
Stocked up on giant bag of cod & giant bag of prawns - feel a fishy week coming on!!

Should have thrown the pitta away but it was sooooo good!
Fish week starts again tomorrow, king prawn omelette made ready for dinner tomorrow!
 
Do you work nights or something? Just having soup for breakfast.... bit strange! :D
Foods looking good though, steak and pitta with cheese sounds awesome! May have to get that on the menu for this week at some point xx

No just had soup that needed using and I can't stomach much in a morning - quick as well as always on the last minute as I spend atleast three hours a day twavelling

A little over but thoroughly enjoyed the kfc bit! Blaming * week, when oh was getting a meal I couldn't resist getting a bit of something, I'm seeing it as a win that I didn't get a full meal!

Nearly ended there however after a **** day with too many **** people I dived for two cans of San Miguel which I think are 8 syns?
So 33 syns and Friday suddenly got better!
Thankfully only had two in as if J had a crate I probably would have drank it!
 
Saturday 17th November

Total 2155 calories!!!! Bad cat ;)

Have been keeping an eye on calories too out of curiosity using an app and found average 1250-1350 per day on plan seems to be my norm
 
I was keeping eye on cals before I went on holiday, I got a bit obsessed actually.. How many are you averaging a day?
