This weeks food plan - looking for a good loss!

Eggs for breakfast
Soup for dinners
Fish for tea as far as possible

Next alcohol session planned as first Saturday in February so looking for 100% in the meantime

Drank 3 of the 1 syn beers last night - couldn't be bothered with the last one, felt all the bloat of lager none of the drunkness!

Don't think I will bother buying them again, just wait for the next real beer event!
Still aiming for minimum 10 syns a day

Targets.

Have been pondering a large target since starting which still sounds very far away.
I notice a few very successful people on here use smaller targets then keep resetting them so am going to try the same - hopefully it will feel more achievable

Start was 215lb (Jan 2012)
Current 190lb

Next target is 30th birthday in 17 weeks - if I can lose 17lb that's 173lb (12.5 stone)

Next will be 19 weeks until last week of September (which I have booked off work most likely for a camping trip). So 19lb off there takes me to 154 (11 stone)

Lastly (and if all goes to plan) there will be 12 weeks to Xmas so another 12 would make me 142lb (10.2 stone)

Considering The highest ever was 15.5 stone (Xmas 2011) I would be very happy with that!

Ideally aiming for 10 or 10 and a half stone - I think somewhere around there will feel right ;)

Sounds like a good plan and totally doable. Your so motivated! :)

Monday 21st January

Long day today - started earlier than intended did to struggling to get to sleep last night - then a cursory glance out the the window at 5.30 revealed a ridiculous amount if unexpected snow!
Had made an omelette to take to work but was hungry and bored crawling along the snow covered motorway so went for some hifi's

8 - Rocky road hifi's (B1)

9 - Skinny latte - milk (A1)
9 - Mushroom, ham & cheddar (A2) omelette

12 - SW mushroom soup
Pineapple & kiwi

7 - SW spicy wedges & spicy baked cod

Milka bunny (5)
Caramel bunny (5) saw these and saw 100 calories on the front and got all excited - it only clicked that was per bunny not both in the pack when I got home!
Velvet crunch (4)

Syns - 14, A - 2, B - 2
