Naughty tea..... After a two and half hour journey home from work (pretty much sat still on the evil m6 for two hours) all good intentions went out if the window, and I landed in KFC!
Crispy strips, fries, gravy

As I'm being bad already - just had my Lindt bunny (13.5)

Although just picked up the bikini I ordered from the Trafford centre - it's as though its looking at me making me feel guilty!
I owe a good long bike ride tomorrow!!!!
Have noted I haven't planned any meals or pre made dinners for work this week - think I need to get back on the planning again as clearly bring spontaneous means being bad!
 
Oh well, get on your bike today or work extra hard at the gym to burn it all off :) nothing like bikini guilt to get you back on track!!! X

Was a bit of a half arsed gym trip, only got there at 8 so was starving couldn't think if anything other than tea whilst in there!
Planning on an epic bike ride tomorrow as the weather is looking good - may take a picnic, thinking maybe delamere forest or somewhere similar?
 
Just had a sneaky mid day WI (yes I know, bad girl lol)
After eating and drinking lots - it came up at 179!!!!
Excited to be in the 170's at last!

Plan.......32 days until Jamaica!

* 3 times weekly either bike or gym
* fish week this week for tea (stocked up at Costco)
* soups for dinner (veg roasting currently!)
 
Woop! And after lots of food and drink, go you!

Gonna get the bike out tmrw as well, planning on 28 miles x
 
Brave lady - I'm full of good intentions about a long one, hopefully 25 minimum.....don't really know the routes though

I will only manage that if its not windy on the way there, it's one long straight route and cannot deal with the wind, it kills me!

Quite chilled today as been waiting around to pick car up from the garage, looking forward to an epic ride tomorrow......

I've still got 2 from my pack of 3!
