Food diary - mainly red days

Saturday 4th May

2 x hifi light (B1) quick breakfast before going for holiday waxing......

Came home and had bacon & fright egg on m&s mini sub rolls (B2)

Snack before bike ride.....chicken breast & half bowl of roast veg soup

*359 calories burned* 7 mile bike ride with my niece - she's only seven so should sleep well tonight!!!!

Spicy BNS wedges with pan fried steak with jerk spices on top, then melted cheddar on top (A1)

5 days until holiday, not feeling as bloated today it seems to be getting better at last, but still going to keep carbs to a minimum, the only ones I will be having is ones classed as Hexb

Ww pitta (B1) ww sausages (2)
Fry light egg

Hifi light x 2(B2) wandering round Manchester was very limited for good choices
Ended up with skinny latte (A1) and packet of chicken slices

Thin slice of steak with cheddar melted on (A2)

BBQ at friends
Pork steak, bit of lamb, jerk chicken
Was all looking good until they got the good stuff out.....
1/2 scone (4) Rodda's clotted cream (4.5)
Mikado (6)

Syns - 16.5, A - 2, B - 2

Quite gutted I gave in to the Rodda's as the taste just left me wanting more!
Plenty body magic shopping in Manc carrying lots of bags pushing my nan's wheelchair
Tomorrow needs to involve either a big bike ride or gym visit to counteract the naughty scone shaped carb goodness

WI this morning at 174 - so the two pound bloat is gone, still need to get to 173 before I go to have lost exactly three stone!
BBQ later will be properly synned, have invested in ww mini magnum type things assuming they're 6 syns as they are 3 points???

Packing! Just off out to get last bits if toiletries then will hopefully fit in a bike ride late on - depending on timing of BBQ as its at oh's patents so assume they will want to eat at around tea time

BNS spicy wedges, 2 salmon fillets - needed using before I go away!

Pretty much packed now, last day at work tomorrow, then bring on Jamaica Thursday morning!

All packed and ready to go first thing so see you in a few weeks!

Couldn't resist having a little look on minis! Jamaica is what I imagine heaven to be like!
Feeling fatter, thankfully there are no scales here to weigh myself
Food has been very sw suitable, eating a lot of meat, fish, veg and occasional sweet potato. Had a couple of desserts but mainly been having fruit. Most days within syn allowance however consuming a lot of red stripe and mango and rum cocktails!

Planning on a bit of kayaking tomorrow to get my lazy bum off the sun bed - it's too hot for much more than that!

Diet is fully on when I get home, not worrying too much about it whilst I'm away!

Got back at 9am this morning tired brown and very bloated
Off to kfc for a bucket for my last meal then back to super strict red days to hammer whatever this gain is!
