Food diary - mainly red days

HI

Popping in to say hi and suscribe. Am on first week of EE but when i was a member a few years ago was happier on red so will look forward to reading your diary later when i have a min to get ideas for red days. You've done so well, are you sticking to red's all the time? how do you find your losses? are they up and down or quite consistent?

When I stick to it they are fairly consistent! Got 3 stone off but went on holiday in may and have been rubbish since - back on the wagon now!

WI 189 this morning

Vastly unhappy to see surprise star week visit this afternoon - although I usually weigh more for few days before so hoping I'm more bloated than I thought as opposed to real extra weight!

Off out for a bike ride before the urge to munch kicks in!

Aching legs now after gym yesterday and ride today! Definitely a break tomorrow then thinking gym again on friday

Pondering going the gym straight from work tomorrow - trying to earn credit as I have a string suspicion I'm gonna get leathered on Saturday!
Plan for weekend is at least one bike ride, one gym session - food to be 100% and syns to be spent unwisely on alcohol!

Add in Hartleys 10 cal jelly 0.5 syn
So 8 syns

Naughty day food wise yesterday

M&S scone & apple turnover. Egg & cress butties there too. Crisps & chocolate. Tea ironically was fairly healthy, sizzling chicken fajitas

I would guess around 10 pints

Back on track today...... Trying to convince myself to go to the gym later

WI @ 186 this morning

Was awake until at least 4am so a hexa will be being wisely spent on a skinny latte to get me through the day

Loads of energy foods handy to get me through the gym later
 
Quick gym session after work - melted away the stress of a long day!

Weights then 15 mins on cross trainer
According to a calorie app it's 200 burned

Well done! :)
