Food diary - mainly red days

Food planned for the week, am going to make soup this afternoon for dinners. Most likely will be mushroom & celery soup.

Heading to the gym this afternoon, that makes a trips this week for exercise.

Next week gym will be on tues & Thursday after work. May also go Friday not knob as Friday afternoon am headed off camping to meet friends down south. Aiming to be on plan as much as possible whilst away
If the weather is nice next week I'm looking to fit in a bike ride also.....
 
Ended up taking my niece swimming who is 8 so running around after her must have burnt some calories
Has made me want to go swimming properly now can't remember the last time I hammered the lengths

Whlml roll (B1) LC sausages (1) egg

Apple & yoghurt

Ham & boiled egg (snack whilst tea was cooking)
Milk to drink (A1)

SW cubed roast potatoes (B2) chicken, cabbage, gravy granules (2) small Yorkshire puds (3)

Feeling crap and full of a cold today. Luckily being so stupidly busy at work has stopped me having chance to snack - usually when feeling crap I stuff my face!
Oh well now not planning to go the gym tomorrow far too stuffed up so aiming for Wednesday night instead
Extremely glad I saved my syns until tonight, just about to tuck in to them now
 
Im really in to KFC at the moment.. Glad it helped you to feel better. :D

Feeling much better today, not quite normal but not as stuffed up as yesterday, should be all clear soon!!!

M&S Chunky steak on cabbage & cauliflower

Finished work now until Tuesday, looking forward to heading off camping tomorrow afternoon
Planning to be on plan as much as possible for the weekend..... Feeling better today think the germs have left me!
 
WI @ 184 so two pounds off this week

Munching breakfast then will head to the gym for a bit of cardio. Setting off camping this afternoon so need to go get some shopping
