Food diary - mainly red days

Finally packed and on the m6 headed to camp at thetford forest, combined with a long overdue catch up with old friends!

Sw suitable butties packed for the trip - and a few beverages chilling ready to help us set up camp (that are most definitely not SW suitable) ;)
 
Back at home after a fab weekend camping and visiting old friends. Much stodgy was consumed so not expecting WI to be pleasant, but it was worth every calorie!

Back on plan as usual tomorrow - KFC for tea tonight, may as well finish the weekend as it began! ;)
 
My damage for the weekend was a 4.5 lb gain too I feel your pain, am busting a gut this week to get it off Xx

Roast ham made for snacking this week, just been to Costco and bought giant bags of salmon, cod and king prawns
Think it is time for another fish week to give me a boost!

WI 186 so 2lb of bank holiday bloat still left!

WI 192 again! Plenty of weekend bloat to shift!

Really need to get back on it now its getting silly - the KFC last night probably didn't help things!
