So already 4lb down from yesterday (thanks to a visit from the pf!) feeling much better already

Some tesco LC Cumberland sausages cooking away now.......yummy yummy!

Roast chicken & BNS wedges

Then it all went wrong......went to family party and drank lots of Budweiser then started picking at the buffet! Oops

Roast lamb, cauliflower & broccoli, sweet potato mash (1.5) gravy granules (2) Yorkshire puds (3.5)

Tesco slight bites (4.5)

Syns - 16.5, A - 1, B - 2
No beer today - yay ;)

Not weighed for two days - hoping to see a change in the scales tomorrow as I do feel less bloated already

Have had a strong word with myself tonight
Bought the new mag and have decided to make myself a sw recipe folder tomorrow
Too often I struggle for ideas on what to eat so it is time to fix what is a simple problem by making my own sw recipe book

Only a few days ago I started writing my paper food diary again and it's already getting easier - worryingly it's been blank since just before Halloween - not at all a coincidence that's when I started slipping off track ;)
 
Some meal ideas to get me started on more varied foods - I'm bad for being lazy and eating the same things all the time


Chilli & wedges or potato
KFC style chicken
Soups! BNS, mushroom and celery, broccoli & cauliflower
Stuffed peppers & mushrooms with blue cheese laughing cow
Tortilla pizzas
Pitta bread pizza
Pitta bread burgers

Steak, mushroom,
Diet coke chicken (still not tried!)
Lychees!!!!
Half syn jellies Hartleys

Corned beef hash with new potatoes? Or sweet potato?

Scan bran cake - really need to try this!

WI 190 this morning so already down six pound of bloat in three days. Not bad considering it is * week!

Sitting here making my recipe book then am off to get ww pittas before everywhere sells out

So 7 syns total so far, the Hobbit 2 was ace - can't wait for the third one!

Have made my recipe folder and am doing my best to stay on plan tonight. I have two of the one syn beers which have been sat here for ages, will be toasting new year with them. Also got some half syn jellies and other bits for snacks

Now it's River Monsters then Duck Dynasty - rock and roll lol

There is some hot pot on the go but unless I'm really hungry I won't bother as don't fancy guesstimating the syns
