Shop done today so I can get back to normal from to tomorrow - my clothes are getting tight and it's nearly summer - time for a kick up the bum!

I need dust my bike off and prob pump up the tyres haha
Ive been ill so not done much exercise and next week megs off school and ive gotta set off to my mums at 10.30 to drop meg off before I set off for work. So bisy busy week :(

Do you ride on the road ? I'm to much of a chicken to do that :eek:

Went on the transpenine trail - I don't do roads either!
Drove to Lymm and got on there to Charlton water park and back
My bums numb now :eek:
