Sneaks back I feeling very ashamed of herself

So on the basis I haven't stopped eating and nothing fits me, I thought I had better get weighed

This morning was 208 - disgraceful as highest ever of 215 is not that far away!!!!

I expected 200 but 208 is a real shock
Back on plan today determined to get back to the 170's

Yes you can, try & come on here more, even if it's just to let us know what you've eaten on or off plan, personally I find it helps.

Don't you have an event (holiday?) to go to soon? :D

I have no holidays booked - clearly I need one as that's when I behave best :eek:

Banana muller light

Jacket potato (6) cheese A2 gammon

Dairy milk 5
Tesco slight bites 4.5

Syns 15.5 A2 B2

Day one back on the straight and narrow so I have started a new paper food diary to correspond....... usually a good way to guilt trip me into behaving

Wednesday

WI was down to 201 this morning so at least the initial bloat has reduced

Bacon, fried egg 1 Wholemeal toast B1
Milk in drinks A1

Cauliflower soup, muller light
Plum x 3

Sliced ham whilst waiting for tea to cook

Cajun BNS wedges and baked salmon fillet

Add in.....
fudge 5
Dairy milk 5
Slight bites 4.5

I don't have a recipe as such i tend to just have a go and hope for the best ;)
Usually I would chop two cauliflower heads, sprinkle some salt pepper and Cajun spices in, with usually about four stick cubes (whatever flavour is in the cupboard) then cover with water.
Allow to boil then simmer for about 20 mind or until cauliflower is very soft
I usually leave to cool then hand blend - it thickens up nicely
