Food diary - mainly red days

Been in hiding getting fatter - oops!

I'm struggling to have time to cook food currently so have got another fridge freezer for in the garage so I can batch cook
Does anyone have any good ideas what I can batch cook for red days?????
Have wanted freezer space for ages yet now I have it my mind has gone blank!

Yey ur back! :) stews, casseroles, then just do fresh veg with it, chilli, spag bol, curry, soups, homemade burgers or meatballs??
 
Weight today 206 - crap!
Onwards and downwards ;)
Shop done loads of frozen veggies, pork and pepper kebabs, pulled pork got the one in the bbq range from Tesco hoping it's the low syn one
Trying soya light milk as having too many coffees not to currently
Half syn sausages and low syn treats

Got loads of meat and fish in so should be good to go with this lot!

Dont panic or beat urself up. Give it a couple of days and it will be a lot less than that. Ur all geared up to get started again, well done and enjoy the losses to come xx
 
Yes it is nice to have you back, sorry can't help with the food though, Bob has my tea ready for me!!!!

Do you have a slow cooker, I'm sure I've asked before, you could just chuck in meat & veggies in a morning, or prepare night before & hey presto yummy meal when you get home.
 
Today was nearly good. ....

Omelette with bacon cheese onion and mushroom (A1)

Milk in drinks (A2)

Wholemeal roll (B2) ham

Pub tea - fillet steak, mushrooms & new potatoes (B2)
3 pints of kronenbourg 24 syns

Skips 5
Dairy milk 5
kinder bar 3.5

No guilt as per the beer syns as.......
1. This was my only alcohol all bank holiday (previously unheard of)
2. This is the first time I have ever stopped at three pints
3. This is the lowest days syns in ages so still a win!!!

Tomorrow's food is planned and will be 15 syns or less

Tuesday was spent feeling very sick and dizzy - so resulted in a rare low syn day!
