Hey all, this is my first food diary entry, and only starting the slimming world journey tomorrow and here is the menu so far.....
RED DAY
Breakfast:
Fat Free Yoghurt, Strawberries, Raspberries 28g honey nut bite size Shredded Wheat (HEB...I hope)
Lunch:
Slimming World Beef Stew (from best recipes book)
Dinner:
Cauliflower Cheese (from same book)
Baked Mushrooms (SW Oct Mag)
Snacks:
Muller light, Apple X 2, Banana

Hi all looks good, but dont forget to have your syns, if you dont have them at the start you will really miss them later on in your journey. A really great start though hope you enjoying it.
