Hi all, I'm new on here! I started SW last year before my hols, gave up after that, so I am hoping to lose some weight ready for the summer. Thought that it would be a good idea to start a food diary to keep me on track!!! Well I thought that I would start off with a green day.
B: 2 boiled eggs
L: Jacket potato with prawns (hex b) and 1 tbs of extra low Mayo and some rocket (1 syn)
D: quorn sausage, baked beans and mash bake with a little bit of low fat cheddar cheese (hex a)
Snacks: pot noodle mug (1 syn)
Batchelors cup a pasta (2 syns, I think!)
Couldn't resist a glass of wine (6 syns)
