Hi I started SW today and i'm not sure what I did, can people who are more expreiance check it please

breakfast
Banana, Pear and cheese scone

lunch
grapefruit, potato salad (I made with dressing salt, lemon and fat free yogurt )

Dinner
grilled chicken breast, Rice and peas

during the day i had 2 coffees without suger and skimmed milk

is this ok ????
