food diary???

what i have had today... (so far)!!!!

B- baked beans, 2 boiled eggs, HEb 6 ryvita crackerbread

L- tuna, peas, salad, pickled onion, tom, cucumber

Snacks - 2 bananas, apple, fruit salad, dr onken vanilla fat free yogurt

Drinks - diet coke, water, tea (using HEa milk allowance)

new to all of this, so wanted to make sure im on the right track???

Hi hun.
Are you following extra easy? If so you need to add supefree to your brekkie & maybe reduce the amount of baked beans. & eggs you have ( though this depends on how much you have) 1/3rd of your plate should be superfree food - so for me, instead of having a 3 egg omlette & a whole tin of baked beans, i now have 2 eggs, 1/2 a tin of baked beans, some mushrooms & tomatoes. No point in worrying about it now though.

Lunch - looks fine, just remember peas are not superfree.

What were you planning on having this evening, for your healthy a & don't forget your syns!

Looks good so far, make sure you always have your 3rd Superfree, which you seem to be doing so far :)
Only thing is, where are your syns?
They are as important as the rest of the plan, and stop you getting deprived, so make sure you have them! xxx

well i used the HEa as my milk in tea!!!! thanks for the advise on breaky, its soo hard as i was usually having 2 or 3 slices of toast!!! i will get there, i hope :)
yeah doing Extra Easy as i find it so easy to follow, if you look at my previous post (new to SW) you will see my story haha!!!
i used petit pois peas or however you spell them for lunch?
thinking of having jacket, salad and chicken for dinner with muller light yogurt, i love them!!!

for syns im thinking of a few bikkys with a cuppa t after dinner :)
