    Yes! I use the online one as I don't go to group. I'm into week 8 now and I still do it!

    I've been with SW for 7 months and I still keep a paper food diary. It really helps me stay on track.

    Yeah I do a food diary on here and paper copy! Makes you focus more!

    weight watchers - old points
    Only on week 3 but I intend to carry on. I type my days planned food on here and then I write it in my notepad and then add any extras/alterations onto the notepad.

    I have a posh little notebook that I carry around everywhere that serves as my food diary.

    If I didn't keep one i'd forget what i'd already eaten!! It's always sat on my desk at work and no-ones figured out what it is yet :D

    Yup! Plan my meals each week and email it to myself. Then everyday put the days food plan on my food diary on here and edit as required with syns.

    Yes! 7 months on it still track my syns, healthy extras and what day I'm on. I have a notebook that lives in a corner of my worktop with my sw books.
