food directory 2011

I currently have the above directory. Is the current 2012 massively different. I intend to invest in the latest one but was going to get Xmas out the way first. If loads of changes will invest sooner.

I found that bacon supernoodles were 4 syns in 2011 but went up to 10 syns or something in 2012

in all honesty I find using th smartphone app and lifeline online more accurate as they are updated all the time

I work varying shifts and wouldnt get to class everyweek, plus have two kids to watch whilst hubby at work.
